Beauty Haul - Skincare, Hair & Makeup

Part two of my beauty haul, this time skincare, hair & makeup.  I'm really loving testing all of these new products.

Real Techniques Powder Brush, The Body Shop Coconut Oil Hair Shine

Real Techniques Powder Brush - I already own (and love) the Real Techniques Core Collection so I didn't hesitate to buy this brush.  It's really generously sized and like all of the like my other brushes from this range is lovely and soft and does it's job perfectly.

The Body Shop Coconut Oil Hair Shine - I like trying a range of oils to keep my curly hair shiny and nourished.  Much more testing and playing needed with this one.

Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, Caudalie Beauty Elixir, Origins A Perfect World Moisturizer, Lush Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser - this is an absolute holy grail product for me, it's really gentle but gets off every little scrap of makeup off.  I love it!

Caudalie Beauty Elixir - I'm honestly not sure what to make of this yet.  I've been carrying it around in my makeup bag and giving myself a quick spritz when I feel like I need a bit of freshness, but I'm not really noticing any discernable results (although it does smell nice).  There must be a reason everyone is raving about it though, so I'll persist in using it for a little while longer.

Origins A Perfect World Moisturizer - I used to use this moisturizer a few years ago and recently rediscovered it.  I'm glad i did because it not only smells divine, but also feels like it's really looking after my skin.  It might be a bit on the heavy side when the weather starts heating up though.

Lush Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter - I love, love, love this stuff.  It has a scent like sherbert lemons and is an absolute must for dry cuticles.  I like to rub a little bit into my elbows and knees too to keep them nice and soft.

Sleek Ultra Matts V2 Palette, Blush by 3 Palette in Lace

Sleek Ultra Matts V2 Palette - most days when I'm at work I tend to go for a light wash of eyeshadow like Mac Naked Lunch or Bobbi Brown Navajo, but on weekends I like something with a bit more colour.  That's what makes this palette from Sleek perfect for me; I'm particularly in love with the teal shade called Orbit and the dark green named Fern.  I can't wait to try the rest!

Sleek Blush by 3 Palette (Lace) - My local Superdrug never seemed to have this palette in stock, so I was so pleased when I spotted it in a drawer under the display when I was asking about something else.  I haven't tried all of the colours in this palette properly yet but as is almost always the case with Sleek, the pigmentation of these blushes is sooo good.  I'm beyond pleased I found it.

It's plain to see I've got lots of lovely new goodies to be playing with, I'm really looking forward to trying them all over the next few weeks and will probably be posting some proper review of them soon.
